Jeff Soilson
In the realm of family law, victory isn’t about winners and losers; it’s about fostering resolutions that safeguard the well-being of all involved, especially the children.
Jeff's extensive career in Family Law litigation showcases his dedication to advocating for clients. His areas of focus include divorce, alimony, property division, child custody, and child support. His experience in litigation, mediation, arbitration, and parenting coordination has resulted in an impressive foundation of knowledge and abilities. As his reputation flourished within legal circles, larger cases involving more extensive assets and higher income became the norm, enabling Jeff to litigate cases with nearly unlimited resources aimed at supporting his clients in their quest to win. In doing so, he came to the realization that the traditional win-lose nature of litigation, particularly in cases involving children, should be reshaped into a more collaborative approach that honors the complicated and entangled nature of family relationships. Jeff feels drawn to a world of alternative dispute resolution aimed at collaboration over winning. At Quantum ADR, he harnesses his skills and insights to achieve best outcomes, preserving ongoing relationships, and supporting all parties in being their best selves.
