Our Quantum Approach
We focus on The Me In Mediation®
We take an inside out approach, starting with internal factors and working outwards to the external factors. We help you maximize your resilience, insight, and sense of empowerment. Our stance is that dispute resolution is not only about the current situation, but about developing the ability to handle future conflict, negotiate effectively, and to be your best self now and going forward.
We give you options
There are many ways to approach and resolve conflict. At Quantum® ADR, we offer online mediation, arbitration, and conflict coaching. Mediation is facilitated negotiation between two or more people aimed at reaching a mutually satisfying agreement. Arbitration is a private process that results in a neutral third party making a clear binding decision. Conflict coaching involves supporting an individual involved in a dispute, helping them determine what’s in their control and what to do about it. Not sure what you need? Schedule a complimentary meeting with us by clicking the “Get In Touch” button.
We nurture autonomy
Our process recognizes the power of entangled relationships, while also prioritizing the individual needs, goals, and values that contribute to conflict and that ultimately influence the degree of satisfaction with the final result. We support people in listening to their inner voice and sharing their perspectives so that they can bring their full selves to the mediation, arbitration, or coaching table and leave the process feeling heard, supported, and empowered.
We guide progressive communication
Conflict resolution requires listening – deep listening – which means that everyone is encouraged to not only share their real thoughts and feelings, but also to fully hear the other points of view. When it comes to sensitive topics like coparenting, prenups, and shared inheritances, communication can feel particularly hard. But, we simply cannot meet the needs that we don’t know exist, and it’s difficult to cultivate compassion and respect for a person’s differences when we do not see it or understand it as such. We know it can feel impossible sometimes, but we also know it can be done.
We bolster your growth and resilience
Vulnerability can build strength. Conflict resolution can open a window of hope for future improvements and deepen self-insight, emotional regulation, and interpersonal skills. You will feel heard and be given the space to explore yourself and make changes that align with the life you want to live and the relationships you want to have. There’s also confidence in knowing that you were able to overcome this impasse and can handle the ones to come.
